When does DELL own the best discounts on their website?
Dell usually have some great deals around core holidays (winter holidays,etc). When school is starting they hold some pretty good deal too. My country is USA.
They always hold new Dell coupons nominated at http://www.007coupons.com/computers/dell...
They have a student website that have good offer if you can find it, I don't remember where it be, and no not goign to U of T, I went to Toronto on leave and it was really big, to much for a sheep farm girl. I'm only a Sophmore contained by HS anyways.
