I bought a hot laptop 2 months ago and have not loaded anything onto it except avg virus control, but it shuts itself down extraordinarily frequently, especially when I am working with pictures. I own been unqualified to contact the laptop maker or the store where on earth I bought it, but do plan to talk next to the store people as soon as possible. It is so frustrating to own this thing shutting down so commonly, sometimes as often as 10 times contained by an hour! Since I do internet selling I need to know how to work with pictures.
What make Windows Vista shut itself down and is near a solution?
working near pictures everytime - like photoshop editing?
If it didnt come next to decent graphics, the computer may be overheating to preserve up with the photo editing process, and shutting itself down as a failsafe.
if its a custom built piece of equipment from a sole-trader business, march surrounded by there and butt head with them; especially if you told them you needed it for photo manipulation.
Viruses are other the last suspect on my register: granted i have little data-worms on my device from time to time but its been over 5 years since i finishing encountered a horrid virus...and ive never heard of one doing what you are describing.
Well, sometimes any sites that you turn on can downloads viruses... or I don`t know there's something wrong in the making of the laptop... I'd pilfer it back to the store.
After your computer shuts down run turn it on again and go directly to your BIOS and check if your CPU is over heat. Or go to administrative tools>Event viewer>System and try to look for any logs of peculiar shut downs.
