Firstly check your AUDIO Driver properly installed on not.



Type dxdiag in your RUN and press Enter



DirectX Diagnostic Tools window Appear

Click Sound Tab and check in Device and Driver column is their shown label of your AUDIO INSTALLED DRIVER if yes,



than click TestSoundCard Tab (in Bottom ) and TestDirectMusic in MUSIC TAB.



3 or 4 exam doing the Windows for checking your Audio System everything found okay & you hear the Sound mean your Audio Driver installed intensely well and your Audio System working Okay.



enlarge Control Panel and Select SOUND AND AUDIO DEVICES AND check in Volume TAB



MUTE opportunity is Untick or TICK if Tick and please untick

and also check the SCROLL BAR OF the VOLUME DEVICE and put the middle of the BAR.



if your problem still remain than insert your mainboard/Motherboard CD and reinstall your Audio devices. otherwise concerned beside Computer professional.

go to control panel /sounds and audio devices and the click on volume and afterwards advanced and make sure adjectives is not muted.
go to services underneath administrative tools and scroll down to windows audio and right click start or restart and if they aren't' available select properties and breed sure where it say startup type it is set to automatic.hope this helps
