Whats going on?

I own a Dell Inspirion 3800 and whenever i turn it on, it gives me the option of running it on safe mode, commonplace, etcc. After i select it nothing happen and it takes me backbone to the option menu. This might be the problem though. I didnt turn it on resembling for 1yr and a half rationale i didnt need it and very soon that i do it doesnt want to work. Whats wrong with it or what should i do? Please agree to me know ASAP. thanks

im not shure but from what you own said your motherboard might be done
Run normal mode. That is the regular mode that your computer is surrounded by; once you have it within normal mode, restart the computer to rescue the settings.
