What's better for dealing next to music on a laptop Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD Turion 64 x 2 ?

i infer you are comparing the two i.e. intel core 2 and AMD turion 64x2.

if you are music freek, then the system does not issue. i mean the processor have least affect. what matter is:

1. the speaker system on your notebook/laptop. JBL, Altek lensing etc.

2. power rating... 1+1 W output is sure very low. at least possible 2+2 W or more are good. but if the notebook have a sub woofer (now notebooks are coming near small woofer on bottom) is best.

3.any software that has equalizer: window media player or definite player etc.

4. the sound card. if you enjoy 5.1 sound card its output is great.

5. in attendance are other additional softwares that enjoy added sound effects. ( i am using acer, it have realtek HD audio manager which creates lots of nouns effect like parking lot, auditorium, stadium etc. effect)

6. concluding not the least is the element of music u r playing. (i.e mp3, wma, CD track etc. mp3 or other other compressions atleast 64 kbits or greater have well brought-up quality... compact disc quality comparable to 128 kbits or sophisticated compresion)

so these all give greatest sound. but if u requirement to convert music formats, then both computers are equivalent moral.
That depends on the sound card. CPU's are for show.
you need to make available more information man

what does dealing with music mingy - u mean listen to music, DJing, broadcasting?? what man

it shouldnt matter any way unless conceivably if you are a dj but u need to post another ask with alot more information
