I'm looking for something beside enough power to stream elevated quality video and to be an other adjectives fast tool. Also since I'll be lugging it around all hours of daylight it should be pretty light. Oh, and visibly with the huge tuition I'm for a while straped for cash so nil too expensive. Thanks.

You should try for an HP Pavilion dv600. That seems to be one of the best laptops for college students. There are also dell, and Gateways too. And at this time, they all are at giveaway prices.
Get the MacBook. It's $999 for the entry plane model with a free iPod Nano at the Apple childhood website. You get adjectives the software you need and receive to be stress free, since you won't get virus or malware.
